Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. However, in order to provide the best service and respect the time of all guests, I do ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for me to offer your appointment to another guest.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
• If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 30% of the service fee.
3. Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
• Emergencies happen! If you experience an unforeseen situation that prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your case.
